The Martinez, California Real Estate Market gained in June 2010. A total of 44 homes sold in June, thirteen more than in May 2010. The average sales price in artinez increased again in June, to $406,378.

Homes that were sold in Martinez, California had an average listing (asking) price of $426,841 and the average selling price was $406,378. The number of days on market increased in June to 53 days. The Martinez market has been showing signs of increasing over the last few months. The average selling price of homes in January 2010 was $360,936.
